What should I expect from my first session?
The first session is the most important. It's where I get to know you and what's going on for you that has brought you to me in the first place. This session is meant to customize further sessions and treatment plans. Expect to feel muscle tension melt away.
Do you only work with Athletes?
I specialize in Sports Massage and mostly work with athletes however, I am available to work with almost any ailment or client if it makes sense for us both.
How should I prepare for my first treatment?
Plan to have zero distractions;Â turn off or silence your phone, let your family and friends know you're busy. Payment as well as tip may be taken prior to or after the session. Take this time for yourself, to heal and relax.
How do I book a session?

If you prefer to call me please leave a voicemail with your name and number as well as a brief description as to why you're calling in order to receive a call back.

Booking Online or Texting me is always the fastest way to get in touch as I am probably with a client or on the road.

A credit card will be required to hold your session at the time of booking.
What if I booked but something came up and I need to cancel or reschedule?
By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and accept the following terms: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in a charge of the full session fee. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $25 fee. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fee. All applicable fees will be automatically charged to the payment method on file. All payments are final and non-refundable.
