All orders for the physical course book are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods or high order volume, processing times may be extended, and we will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or your chosen carrier to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days for delivery after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Any applicable taxes or fees are also included in the total price.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship physical course books within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Issues

    •    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

    •    If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipped orders.

    •    If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can assist you.

Digital Fulfillment

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or accessed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Upon purchase, you will receive an email confirmation and fulfillment of your digital product within the time frame required by Florida law. Delivery is typically immediate, but in the rare circumstance the automated system is down it may take up to 10 business days to comply with consumer rights response periods under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Before contacting us with any issues with email fulfillment, check all spam folders and confirm that you entered your email address correctly.

To receive continuing education unit (CEU) credits, you must follow and complete all instructions and requirements provided for the digital product. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for CEU credit.

Unauthorized distribution or sharing of digital products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. All digital products are for personal use only. 

We reserve the right to update or modify digital products at any time without prior notice.

To ensure compliance with NCBTMB continuing education requirements and to maintain the integrity of our certification process, all students must adhere to the following completion and verification procedures:

1. Course Completion Requirements

To be eligible for NCBTMB-approved continuing education credits, you must:

    •    Watch all instructional videos in their entirety.

    •    Follow along with and reference the official course book as directed.

    •    Complete all required assignments and quizzes throughout the course.

    •    Be a licensed massage therapist

2. Practical Demonstration Video Submission

Upon completion of the above requirements, you must submit a short video demonstrating your practice of the techniques learned in this course. This video serves as verification of your hands-on proficiency and understanding of the course material.

Video Submission Guidelines:

    •    The video must include at least 1 technique and be no larger than 25MB 

Example: 720p HD in MP4 format can be no longer than 25secs, 480p SD in MP4 format can be no longer than ~50secs.

   •     The video can be in any format that Gmail will accept 

Example: Reel or Shorts saved to phone and uploaded to Gmail

   •     The video cannot be a link (I will not click on any links and will disqualify you can CE credit)

3. CE Credit Submission and Certification

After your video submission is reviewed and approved, your course completion will be reported to the NCBTMB for the issuance of continuing education credits. You will then receive your Certificate of Completion, which you may use for license renewal purposes in all states except New York.

4. Important Notes

    •    Failure to submit the required video demonstration will result in ineligibility for CE credits.

    •    All course components, including the video, must be completed within 1 year of purchase.

    •    It is your responsibility to ensure all materials are submitted on time and meet the outlined requirements.

    •    By submitting your video, you consent to its use solely for the purpose of verifying course completion and proficiency.

    •    If you don not receive your certifcation your credits have not been submitted to the board. 

    • It is your responsibility to provide your license number to receive credit.
